When the forest is sprouting and mushrooms are springing from the soil once again, then mushroom season is upon us at Rosenberger. So, if you can’t spare the time to go “fungi foraging” yourself, just come and see us and enjoy the coveted mushrooms at their best – cream of chanterelle soup with crispy bacon cubes for example, or the delicious chanterelles in cream sauce with homemade napkin dumplings. A sheer treat to the very last delicious morsel of chanterelle.

Now the summer holidays are getting ever closer, perhaps you’re thinking you really ought to shed a little weight? Then try our rest-stop slimming. Yes, you’ve read it right. At Rosenberger, we currently have a special slimming menu created by our chefs together with Toni Klein, the slimming expert and coach. The tender chicken breast on glass noodles with green asparagus, walnuts, sesame and black cumin not only tastes amazing, but is above all healthy. Toni Klein also explains to Rosenberger's Managing Director Thomas Wollner how “rest-stop slimming” works in the new radio spot. You can hear this on the Ö3 radio station in July and August.

To keep eager anticipation of the summer holidays at its peak, we invite all pupils to celebrate in our Rosenberg branches with an ice cream on 30 June and 7 July. The boys and girls can choose a ball of ice cream from the display case on presentation of their school certificate. And the best thing: grades do not matter here, everyone gets their reward.
One thing really stands out. When you look more closely at Bettina Laucher’s career path, the 1 June is an auspicious date for this Upper Austrian lady. Not only was she appointed as a service manager at Rosenberger on 1 June, in 2016 she took over the post of Managing Director at the Lindach Nord location on the very same date. The 48-year-old has been working in the hospitality industry since successfully completing her secondary school education, and she also sees her chosen profession as her absolute vocation. It’s not surprising that Bettina Laucher rose to a leading position at Rosenberger within a very short time. Even in her free time the mother of three is a happy host, cooking for family and friends. Enjoying the company of others and catering for their needs is simply second nature to her.
“I’m bored” and “are we there yet?” Phrases that drive parents to despair on a journey. If you have had enough of the back-seat bickering, then why not take a break and drop in to see us with the little darlings. For every adult main course, we’ll give you a kid’s menu free of charge. A short snack break is so good for the children. Not to mention your nerves.
